2. Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
Most of our products are handcrafted and personalised specifically for each customer.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.
3. Personalisation
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, spelling, logos and engraving information submitted are correct before production begins.
Dovetail Wooden Boxes & Gifts cannot be held responsible for customer-approved spelling or design errors.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed are in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Courier charges are calculated separately unless otherwise stated.
5. Payments
Production will commence once payment has been received or according to any agreed payment arrangement.
Large corporate orders may require a deposit before production begins.
6. Production Times
As our products are handcrafted, production times may vary.
Typical lead times:
• Standard orders: 1–5 business days
• Personalised products: 2–5 business days
• Large corporate orders: quoted individually

We deliver nationwide throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Personalised or custom engraved products cannot be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied by Dovetail Wooden Boxes & Gifts.
9. Damaged Products
If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days.
Please include photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
10. Intellectual Property
All photographs, product designs, logos, artwork and website content remain the property of Dovetail Wooden Boxes & Gifts unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied or reproduced without written permission.
11. Corporate Orders
Lead times for corporate projects depend on quantities and branding requirements.
Artwork supplied by clients remains the responsibility of the client.
The client confirms that they have permission to use any supplied logos or artwork.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dovetail Wooden Boxes & Gifts shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
